- The object of the public procurement is "Delivery of goods by purchase" according to the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (Public Procurement Law) and has the subject of the conclusion of a framework agreement with potential contractors for delivery and purchase of cable distribution cabinets low voltage, according to the conditions and requirements of the contracting authority.
Any interested person may submit an offer provided that it meets the requirements of the Public Procurement Law, the Rules for the Implementation of the Public Procurement Law (PPPOP) and the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the notice and the documentation for participation.
The subject of The order is divided into 2 (two) lots and includes forecast quantities for the period of the framework agreement of 48 (forty -eight) months as follows:
