The present public procurement is subject: "Delivery of electricity low freely agreed prices for the needs of the Hospital "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD "Public Procurement is carried out to select a low-voltage network supplier, coordinator of a standard balancing group, complete administration of the ESO information flow, as well as and the expenditure of the unbalanced for seven sites of the Hospital "Dr. Ivan Seliminski-Sliven" AD. During delivery, continuity of electricity supply should be ensured and electricity of quality and in order should be supplied in accordance with the Energy Act (EA) and other normative acts that regulate public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the regulations to the EA, the rules for trade in electricity (Ptee) and the rules for measuring the quantity of electricity (PIKEE).
Implementation requirements and an estimated amount of consumption are described in detail in the technical specification attached to the documentation - Annex No. 1. The conditions for implementation are in accordance with the attached draft contract.
