- Supply of low-voltage net electrical energy for the sites of TD of the NRA Varna and offices Dobrich, Razgrad, Ruse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen; inclusion of the Employer's sites in a standard balancing group with the Contractor's coordinator, without the Employer paying a participation fee; registrationof the Employer as a participant in a standard balancing group as an indirect member, according to the Electricity Trading Rules (PTEE) and its inclusion as an active member of the balancing energy market; providing full administration, exchange of information with the operator of your electricitystem; forecasting of electricity consumption; preparation and submission of hourly daily freight schedules; assuming responsibility for balancing and all activities related to the participation of the Employer in the liberalized (free) electricity market.
