- Supplies of lubricants, antifreeze, brake fluid and wiper fluid, in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority:
- new, unused, providing normal and trouble -free operation for their fitness;
-with a residual shelf life of not less than 2/3 of the total expiry date of the specific goods from the date of delivery;
- Packed and labeled in accordance with regulatory requirements.
