The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor for making periodic deliveries of Materials and consumables for anesthesiological equipment (also called "goods" or "products") for the needs of the Faculty of Dental Medicine (FDM) and of the University Medical and Dental Center (UMDC) at the Medical University "Prof. Dr. Paraskev Stoyanov"-Varna, according to the attached technical specification (Annex No. 1) in order to provide the treatment and diagnostic activity in conducting practical training of students and doctoral students, postgraduate training of dentists, as well as in the performance of scientific activity in the FDM and in the UNDC.
The quantities specified in the technical specification are estimated for 24 months and will serve to evaluate the offers. The statement of the type and quantities of goods is determined by the contracting authority depending on its specific needs and financial security. The contracting authority is not linked to the obligation to exhaust the specified maximum permissible value and the volume of the contract, and reserves the right to order more and/or less of the estimated quantities, including to declare products that are not included in the technical specification, under the conditions described in item 5 of the instructions-option when assigned.
Estimated quantity of the public procurement: Delivery of 564 units (number, kit, packaging) according to the attached technical specification (Annex No. 1).
