- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of food - meat and meat foods, fish and eggs for the needs of Boryana DG, Plovdiv. The deliveries included in the subject of this public procurement are described in the technical specifications - Part II attached to the documentation for Participation.
Food requests will be submitted to the contractor elected as the Director of the Boryana DG or an official designated by him.
Deliveries will be made to Franco warehouse *(the reception room in the building) of the Boryana DG, according to pre -prepared and sent to the contractor, requests of the kindergarten and according to working hours, but not later than 2:00 pm.
Deliveries of food (meat and meat foods, fish and eggs) to Boryana DG will be carried out within the working day for the kindergarten as follows:- at least once Weekly, on the first or second business day of the week according to the receipt and working hours of the kindergarten, but not later than 10:30.
The applications will be sent to the E -mail selected as a contractor in writing under the terms of the contract by the Director of The kindergarten or a person designated by him once a week, in the week preceding deliveries.
If necessary, the parties may also arrange another time to submit requests, as well as to make extraordinary deliveries.
