- The subject of the public procurement is: "Supply of meat and meat products, eggs and fish for the needs of nurseries and children's kitchens in the territory of the "Southern" region.
The subject of the procurement covers periodic supplies of meat and meat products, eggs and fish, hereinafter referred to as "goods" and/or "products", ccompliance with the technical specification and the samples of technical and price proposals - an integral part of the documentation for the public procurement.
The implementation of all activities will be carried out after a prior request from the children's institutions, submitted to the contractor in writing.
Docthe orders will be carried out free of charge at the administrative address in the territory of the city of Plovdiv specified in each specific request.
The conditions under which the subject of the order will be realized, as well as the rights and obligations of the contracting party and the contractor, are according to the draft contract; the technical specification; the technical and price proposals of the contractor.
The contract, which will be concluded with the participant designated as the contractor, and will be valid for 24 (twenty-four) months.
The funds are provided by the budget of the Municipality of Plovdiv - District "South" . Payment for the delivered goods will be madeand by bank transfer after presentation of an invoice for the delivery made, within the deadline according to the draft contract.
