• The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 98,642.00 (ninety-eight thousand six hundred and forty-two BGN and zero cents) without VAT, distributed by individual items as follows:
  91,202.00 BGN without VAT.
  BGN 7,440.00 without VAT.
  In the case of a higher bid by a participant value from the estimate, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
  21, para. 6 ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign distinguished items in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective item does not exceed BGN 156,464.00 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the items assigned in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated order value. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order.
  Considering the above, the estimated value of:
  Separate item No. 2 is 7.5% of the total estimated value;
  Since the estimated value of OP No. 2 is less than BGN 50,000 excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 ZOP. In view of the above and on the basis of Art. 21, para. 6 ZOP. Separate position No. 2 will be awarded in accordance with Art. 4, item 3 of the Civil Procedure Code - by direct assignment.
