• Estimated value of the public procurement
  The total estimated value of the public procurement is 66,249.00 (sixty-six thousand two hundred and forty nine BGN and zero cents) BGN excluding VAT, distributed by individual items as follows:
  37 000,00 BGN without VAT.
  BGN 15,000.00 without VAT.
  BGN 2,650.00 without VAT.
  Separate item No. 4 - "LED source of cold light" - BGN 10,729.00 without VAT.
  Specific position No. 5 "ECG cart" - BGN 870.00 without VAT.
  21, para. 6 ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate item does not exceed BGN 156,464.00 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the separate items awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases regardless from the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order.
  Considering the above, the estimated value of:
  Separate item No. 4 is 16.2% of the total estimated value;
