Description:
The subject of award of this order is: "Delivery of medical equipment for the needs of" MBAL - Haskovo "AD.
The order is divided into two lots:
Lot # 1 -" Delivery of an EMG registration system and EP signals for the needs of MBAL - Haskovo " - 48BGN without VAT.To each of them, provided that the value of the respective lot of position does not exceed BGN 156 464,00 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases regardless ofThe residual value of the order is awarded in accordance with the procedure applicable to the total estimated value of the whole order. Considering the above, the estimated value of:
Lot No. 2 is 19.87 % of the total estimated value;
so OP No. 2 is less than 50 000 BGNof Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement. In view of the above and on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 PPA. Lot 2 will be assigned in accordance with Art. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Law - by direct award."MBA ...
