- The object of the public procurement is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of ZOP. The subject of the public procurement is "Delivery of medical consumables and reagents for the automatic hematology analyzer YUMIZEN H 500 to "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD" Briefly description: In accordance with Art. 48, para. 1 of the ZOP medical consumables and reagents, the subject of this order, are indicated by nomenclature units and are presented in detail in the "Technical Specification" attached to this documentation. The reagents and the consumables must be compatible with the automatic hematology analyzer YUMIZEN H 500 for the Department - Clinical Laboratory at "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD. The products must have an EU certificate for affixing the "CE" mark on the products or a declaration from the manufacturer for compliance of the same with Directive 93/42/EEC. The supplied medical consumables and reagents for the needs of "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD must meet the legally established requirements for quality and European standards, packed with relevant manufacturer marking and batch numbers. Medical consumables and reagents should be delivered packed in the manufacturer's original packaging, and it should not be damaged. The marking should be placed on each carton, respectively - on each package. The products that showed deviations from the standards and defects during their application within the validity period are replaced with regular ones, and for this purpose a bilateral protocol is drawn up...
