- "Delivery of medical devices in accordance with Article 13, paragraph 2, item 2 letter "a" of Ordinance No. 10 of 2009 for the needs of UMBAL "Alexandrovska" EAD". The order is divided into 6 /six/ separate items. The medical devices that the NHIF pays partially or fully in the conditions of hospital medical care, the subject of this order are presented in detail with the technical requirements, unit, measure and necessary estimated quantity for the term of the contract in the attached to the documentation "Technical specification" - Appendix No. 1. The terms of execution are according to the attached draft contract. The contract enters into force from the date of its signing and has a term of execution for execution - 24 months, through periodic deliveries according to preliminary requests by type and quantity. Delivery term - up to 72 hours after submission of a written request by the Contracting Authority. Medical devices - option 1 The position contains 54 nominal units, detailed in Appendix No. 1 - Technical specification Number / Specifications / Unit of measure / Quantity 1. Endoscopic motorized stapler. Articulation angle 55 º. Up to 12 chargers with one battery. Light indication of charge level. Sound signal when ready for work is reached. Knife emergency return button with starter position as well as a backup mechanical system in case of no response from the battery. Left and right hand buttons.
