• Description:
• The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of various types of medical devices. Code of the order, according to the General Glossary of Terms: 33140000 - Medical consumables. The order is divided into 3 (three) separate items, as Separate Item No. 1 is detailed in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of the procurement instructions. The requirements to which the products must comply are indicated in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 and in the procurement instructions. According to Art. 21, para. 6 ZOP, the Contracting Authority has the right to assign separate items in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate item does not exceed BGN 156,464.00 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the individual items awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the entire order. Considering the above, the estimated value of: Separate position No. 2 - "Embolectomy catheters" will be assigned in the order applicable according to its individual value, according to Art. 21, para. 6 of ZOP, which has an estimated value of up to 9,400.80 EUR without VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 21, para. 4 of the ZOP.
