• Description:
• The public procurement includes the supply of medical devices/consumables for cranial and spinal neurosurgery, specified in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of this procurement documentation. Order code, according to General glossary: ​​33140000 - Medical consumables. The Procuring Entity divides the procurement into 2 (two) separate items detailed in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of this procurement document. The designated position contains independent nomenclatures. Presentation of variants in the offer is not allowed. The term of execution of the public procurement is 24 months, counted from the date of signing the contract. The guarantee for the performance of the contract is in the amount of 2% (two percentage) of the contract value excluding VAT. The validity period of the offers is 6 months. Award Criterion: The evaluation and ranking of participants' offers will be based on the most economically advantageous offer. Economically the most advantageous an offer will be determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 ZOP. The proposed total value without VAT to the second decimal place is subject to evaluation. In considering the bids, the appointed committee will applied the so-called "reversed order", on the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 61 of PPZOP.
