- The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of medical devices, dressings, diapers for SALIPB "Prof. Ivan Kirov" EAD 2025-2026 divided into 37 lots, the subject of the public procurement is the delivery of medical devices for the needs of the SBALIPB "Prof. Ivan KirovPositions from No. 7 to No. 37 are assigned in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4 of the Public Procurement Act. According to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authorities may assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate position does not exceed 156 464BGN for supplies and services and BGN 1 000 000 for construction and the total value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. For lots of 7 to 37, both conditions are fulfilled - the estimated value of the positions is 49900 BGN, excluding VAT, (below BGN 50,000 is and does not exceed 156 464 BGN) and the value in total of all positions does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the present order.5.6
