Special item No. 4 "Solutions", which includes 3 nomenclature items.
On the basis ยง 47a of PPZOP (new - SG No. 25 of 2023, inla of 17.03.2023), the contracting authority allows submission of offers for one or more of the nomenclatures in the separate items included in the subject of the public procurement under the Law on Medical Devices.
