Description:
Periodic delivery, upon prior request, of medical equipment for hemodialysis, necessary for the operation of the Department of Hemodialysis at "UMBAL Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC, Stara Zagora"
The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of signing the contract with theopened by the Contracting Contractor.
The public procurement is divided into separate items with nomenclature units included in them, described in detail in Appendix 1 - Technical specification, an integral part of this Documentation.
Each participant has the right to submit one proposal for implementationwe of the order, for one or for all individual items of the order. The participant must submit an offer for all the nomenclature of the relevant specific position. Non-bidding of any nomenclature unit is grounds for removal of the same from participation in the procedure for this specific itemposition.
There is no possibility of providing variants in the offers of the participants.
The offered medical devices in the sense of the Medical Device in terms of specific items and nomenclature units in them must meet the requirements of the Medical Device, the relevant regulation under Art. 18 of the Medical Device and the minimum mandatory itemstechnical requirements specified in the Technical Specification from the participation documentation.
The procedure is conducted in accordance with Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP (the so-called "reverse order" of examination - the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants is carried out before conducting a preliminary selection...
