"Delivery of medical devices for invasive cardiology, for vascular surgery and for neurosurgery" divided into 22 lots and included nomenclature units, detailed in Part II technical specification, an integral part of the documentation for participation.
Periodic delivery on Preliminary request of medical devices necessary for the implementation of the healing activity in the University Hospital "Kanev" AD for a period of 24 months within the meaning of the Medical Devices Act and in accordance with the conditions of the Public Procurement Act and the documentation for participation.
The quantities of medical devices, specified in the "technical specification" are forecast and do not oblige the contracting authority to purchase them in their full volume. Specific deliveries are determined by the needs of the medical establishment. The articles are delivered by the contractor after a request from the contracting authority, which indicates the name And the amount of products. The request is sent by fax, electronically or by telephone.
