- The full scope of the order includes the supply of medical devices, not included in the price of the Clinical Pathway, for the needs of patients treated by the Clinical Pathway and clinical/ambulatory procedures at "St. Panteleimon Hospital - Yambol" JSC, according to the technical specification in section II, item 3 and at periodic requests of the CONTRACTOR. The contracts will be concluded for a period of one calendar year or according to the draft contract. The public procurement is divided into 12 /twelve/ separate positions, as for everyone individual positions is participated for the entire individual position - a participant who did not submit an offer for any of the nomenclature units in the individual position will be removed. Variants are not allowed. Place of execution of the order: "St. Panteleimon Hospital" - Yambol AD, Yambol 8600, 30 Panayot Hitov Street Validity period of the offer - 6 months. Performance guarantee: 5% of the contract value in euros without VAT in the form of: 1. a sum of money; 2. bank guarantee; 3. insurance that unconditionally and irrevocably secures performance through contractor liability coverage. The guarantee under item 1 or 2 can be provided on behalf of the contractor at the expense of a third party - guarantor. The participant designated as an executor chooses the form of the guarantee for performance or for the funds provided in advance.
