Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices and consumables.
The order code, according to a common terminological dictionary: 33183100 - orthopedic implants.
The order is divided into 3 (three) separate positions, detailed and described in the technical specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of this participation documentation.
The contracting authority requires the complexity of the offers for the lots.
Participants offer all the nomenclature units included in the lot they participate in.
In case a participant does not offer one or More products from the lot in which he participates will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot.
In the event that a participant offers one or more products of the lot in which he/she participates, but they do not meet the requirements of the contracting authority, it is assumed that no the complexity has been respected and the participant will be removed from the procedure for the specific lot.
Participants may submit offers for one, more or all lots.
The offered medical devices for endoprosthesis should be included in the "list of medical devices by groups, which the NHIF pays in the conditions of hospital medical care, and the value to which the NHIF pays for each group drawn up in accordance with Art. 13, para. 2, item 2, letter "a" of Ordinance No. 10 of 2009 on the conditions, order, mechanism and criteria for payment by the National Health Insurance Fund of l ...
