Description:
"Delivery of medical devices under Group 24, according to a list of the NHIF for the needs of Hospital" Alexandrovska "EAD. The order is divided into 2 / two / lots. Lot № 1- Medical devices - Option 1, containing 65 nomenclature units and a separate position No. 2- Medical Devices - Option 2 containing 2 nomenclature units.
The medical devices subject to this order are presented in detail with the technical requirements, unit, measure and necessary estimated quantity for the duration of the contract in the attached to the documentation "Technical Specification" - Annex # 1. The conditions for implementation are in accordance with the attached draft contract.
The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of medical devices for surgery under Group 24, according to a list of medical devices by groups that the NHIF pays in the conditions of hospital medical care, and the value to which the NHIF NHIF pays for each group drawn up in accordance with Art. 13, para. 2, item 2, letter "a" of Ordinance No. 10 of 2009 on the conditions, order, mechanism and criteria for payment by the National Health Insurance Fund of medicinal products, medical devices and dietary foods for special medical purposes, negotiation Discounts and restoration of exceeded funds in the application of a mechanism guaranteeing predictability and resistance to the NHIF budget.
