- The subject of the public procurement includes the supply of various types of medical devices/consumables - suture material.
The types and quantities of medical devices/consumables - suture material indicated in Appendix No. 1 are estimated.
The scope of the order includes delivery to the warehouse of the Contracting Authority andtearing of the supplied medical devices/consumables - suture material.
Brief description: The order is divided into 4 (four) separate items. Specific items 1 to 4 are detailed and described in the Technical Specification - Annex No. 1, an integral part of these instructions for participation.the contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the bids for the Specific items. Participants bid on all medical devices/consumables included in the specific item they are participating in.
Order execution period: 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of contract signinga.
On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before considering the documents for compliance with the selection criteria.
On the basis of Art. 52, para. 5 of the ZOP, in case of necessity, the Contracting Authority may demand from the participants an advance noticetaking samples after submitting the offer sent through the platform, in order to prove the compliance of the offered medical devices with the parameters laid down in the Technical Specification. Appendix No. 1.
