Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the delivery of various types of medical devices. The contracting authority divides the order into 1 (one) separate position.
Lot # 1 is detailed in the technical specification - Annex 1, an integral part of this award documentation.
Term The execution of the public procurement is 24 (twenty -four) months from the date of signing the contract.
104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the evaluation of the technical and price offers of Participants will be carried out prior to consideration of the documents for compliance with the selection criteria.
The validity of the offer is 6 (six) calendar months from the date of the date of receipt of the offer.
