• Description:
• The estimated value of the public procurement under Specific item No. 1 "Supply of a system for extracorporeal renal therapy" is 51,027.00 (fifty-one thousand twenty-seven euros and zero cents) euros without VAT. In case of bidding by a participant of higher than the estimated value, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. Place of execution of the order: the relevant structure specified by the Contracting Authority, located in the "N.I. Pirogov" UMBALSM EAD: Sofia, 21 "Totleben" Blvd. Deadline for order fulfillment: The term for delivery of the medical equipment/equipment is: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days. The term begins to run from the conclusion of the contract. Validity of offers: 6 (six) months from the deadline for receipt of the offers. Option to present variants in the offers: Variability of the offers is not allowed. Terms and method of financing and payment: Funding with own funds. Payments of the amounts due will be made by bank transfer, in Bulgarian leva to a bank account specified by the Contractor, within 60 (sixty) calendar days, according to the draft contract. Award Criterion: The evaluation and ranking of participants' bids will be based on the most economically advantageous bid. The most economically advantageous offer will be determined based on the award criterion: "lowest price", according to Art. 70, para. 2, item 1 ZOP.
