• The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment and equipment for the needs of the Tsaritsa Joanna UMBAL - ISUL EAD in two separate positions: Separate position 1 with subject: Delivery of hemodialysis machines with the possibility of conducting online hemodiafiltration Separate position 2 with subject: Delivery of apparatus and equipment for the Gynecology office The subject of the award of this order is Separate item 1 - purchase, delivery, installation, commissioning, training of personnel and servicing of hemodialysis machines /2 pieces/, intended for the needs of the Hemodialysis department, called "medical equipment/equipment", with minimal technical and functional characteristics, detailed in the attached technical specification, an integral part of this documentation. The equipment that will be offered by the participants in this order should be factory new, not recycled and not used for demonstration purposes, and should also be maintained by the relevant manufacturer at the time of submission of the offer. The subject of the order includes the implementation of the following activities: 1. Delivery, installation and commissioning of the medical equipment with all necessary additional activities related to installation and commissioning in operation; 2. On-site training of the Employer's employees to work with the delivered medical equipment; 3.
