Description:
The total estimated value of the public procurement is BGN 96 361,64 (ninety -six thousand three hundred sixty -one levs and sixty -four pennies) excluding VAT, distributed by lots, as follows:
Lot # 1 - "Transport fan - 2 pcs." - 45 778, 00lv. without VAT.
separatedItem No. 2 - "Multyparametric hemodynamic monitor with monitoring set - 1 pc." - 36 800, 00 BGN without VAT. -BGN 13 783,64 without VAT.The participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
according to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate position does not exceed BGN 156 464,00 for BGN for theDeliveries and services, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In this case, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the wholeOrder. Considering the above, the estimated value of:
Lot No. 3 is 14.30 % of the total estimated value;
