Description:
The total estimated value of the public procurement BGN 99 134,00 (ninety -nine thousand one hundred thirty -four levs and zero pennies) without VAT, distributed in lots as follows:
- 80 084, 00lv. excluding VAT.
Position No. 2 - "Spirometer for measuring and interpreting pulmonary functions for the needs of the Second Surgery Clinic" - BGN 3 650, 00 without VAT.
- 15 400, 00 BGN without VAT.
In the case of bidding by a participant of a higher value than The forecast, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure.
21, para. 6 PPA, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the relevant separate position does not exceed 156 464,00 BGN for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the lots awarded in this way does not exceed 20 percent of the total estimated value of the contract. In this case, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is assigned in the order applicable to the total estimated value of the whole order.
