- The total forecast value of the public procurement is BGN 69 188,40 (sixty -nine thousand one hundred eighty -eight levs and forty pennies) without VAT, distributed in lots as follows:
Lot # 1 - "Mobile Flexibile endoscope with built -in camera and LED light source- 2 pcs. " -64 188,40ะปะฒ. 21, para. 6 PPA, the contracting authority has the right to assignLot positions in the order valid for the individual estimated value of each of them, provided that the value of the respective separate position does not exceed BGN 156 464,00 for supplies and services, and the total estimated value of the lots assigned in this way does not exceed 20 percent ofThe total estimated value of the order. In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the order, it is awarded in accordance with the order applicable to the total estimated value of the whole order. Considering the above, the estimated value of:
Lot # 2 is 7.79% of the total estimated value;
sinceThe estimated value of OP No. 2 is less than BGN 50,000 excluding VAT, it falls within the scope of Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement. In view of the above and on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 PPA. Lot 2 will be assigned in accordance with Art. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - by direct assignment.
