Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes the periodic supply of a medicinal product with an international non-proprietary name (INN) and ATS code Amino acids - B05BA10 for the needs of UMBALSM "NI Pirogov" EAD. The quantities indicated in the Technical Specification products are estimated. The scope of the order includes: delivery to the Employer's warehouse; unloading the quantity of products delivered on a given request. The term of execution of the public procurement is 24 months, counted from the date of signing the contract. The deadline for the performance contract is extended on the basis of a unilateral written notification by the Contracting Authority until the completion of the next public procurement procedure and the conclusion of a new contract with the same subject, but for no more than 6 (six) months and in case the total value of the Contract has not been exhausted.
