On the basis of the previous two -year consumption of the contracting authority and should not be interpreted as the obligation of the contracting authority either for a minimum or for the maximum total quantity (within the operation of the contract) of the said products under the respective nomenclature units. reserves the right to change the quantities specified in the technical specification according to their needs and in view of the number of patients, but are in the fulfillment of the subject of the contract.
