The contract includes the following lots:
Lot # 1: Delivery of medicinal products and medicines from a positive medicinal list.Periodic deliveries on written requests to the contracting authority of medicinal products and medicines included in, and outside the positive medicinal list for the needs of MBAL- Berkovitsa EOOD, described in accordance with the technical specifications of the respective vol. position. The quantities specified in the specifications are indicative andThey depend on the needs of the contracting authority within the period of operation of the contract for the public procurement. The contracting authority does not commit to the purchase of all quantities provided for in the specifications of the respective medicinal products and medications. The contracting authority reserves the right according to its needsand/or in the event of a dismissal, refuse/not to declare certain types of products/medicines. In the performance of the contract, the contracting authority may declare larger quantities than a nomenclature unit, but only within the total value of the contract in the relevant separate position.
