• Delivery of medicinal products (LP) - general and for the treatment of oncological diseases (POL), for the needs of "KOTC-Burgas" EOOD. The specification states: - 31 (thirty-one) nomenclatures LP, grouped in 19 separate positions (OP), with indicated: anatomical-therapeutic code (ATC), international non-proprietary name (INN), dosage form, amount of the active medicinal substance (measure) and estimated quantities. The proposed drugs must appear in the Positive drug list - Appendix 2, up-to-date on the date set as the deadline for submitting bids; - 43 (forty-three) nomenclatures of pharmaceuticals, grouped in one OP - No. 20, with indicated generic name, amount of active substance, dosage form and estimated quantities. The proposed LPs yes appear as of the date of submission of an offer in the Registers under Art. 261a, para. 2 and para. 3 of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine (ZLPHM), current as of the date set as the deadline for submitting offers. The estimated in the specification quantities of LP do not oblige the Employer to purchase them. The purchased quantities of LP will be in accordance with the real needs of the Contracting Authority.
