- The subject of the contract is the periodic delivery of medicinal products for the Hospital "St. Ivan Rilski" EOOD upon request, in accordance with the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for execution of the order is 24 (twenty -four) months from the conclusion of a contract atPeriodically, deliveries are supplied depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The delivery time is at the proposal of the participant in hours not more than 24 hours from receiving a written request from the contracting authority. The procedure covers 25 lots. Offers can be submitted:- for the wholeProcedure- for one or more lots
the participant submits only one offer, in accordance with the conditions specified in the documentation for participation. The proposed medicinal products should meet the minimum requirements set out in the specification prepared by the contracting authority. Participants shouldThey declare that they have a valid authorization for the use of the medicinal product,
issued in accordance with the LPPHM or in accordance with the procedure of Regulation/EC/No. 726/2004, with an approved short characteristic of the proposed product. In the event that participants are in a procedure for renewing permit to useor when the permit for use expires during the contract, the participants should declare in
