Subject of the public procurement: "Supplies of medicinal products intended for the treatment of oncological diseases, indispensable for the activity of UMBAL" Prof. Dr. Stoyan Kirkovich" JSC.
Description of the object of the order: The object of the order is periodically recurring supplies of medicinal products for treatment of oncological diseases, necessary for the activity of UMBAL "PROF. DR. STOYAN KIRKOVICH" AD within the estimated quantities from the technical specification to the documentation for participation in the open procedure for a period of 24 months.
Place of fulfillment of the order: the warehouse of the hospital pharmacy of UMBAL "PROF. DR. STOYAN KIRKOVICH" JSC, Stara Zagora, 2 "General Stoletov" St.
Term for the execution of the order: 24 (twenty-four) months, starting from the date of conclusion of the contract.
The quantities of medicinal products indicated in the technical specification are approximate, depending on the needs of the treatment process in the hospital and the Employer is not obliged to purchase them in full.
104 of the ZOP and of Chapter V, Section VIII of the PPZOP. On the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the ZOP the commission will consider received bids in "reverse order", regulated in art. 61 of PPZOP.
