DESCRIPTION: The specification of medicinal products is divided into 659 nomenclatural units divided into 2 (two) lots, namely: Lot 1. 1 medicinal products included PLS, including nomenclature units of heading 1 to № 355.
Participation № 2 External medicinal products including nomenclatural units of heading 356 to № 659.
On the basis of Paragraph 47 of the PPT, the assignor allows the participants to submit an offer for one, several or all nomenclature units in the separate positions. Each distinct position includes separate nomenclatural units and may be individually participated for each of them.
The quantities indicated in the technical specification are forecast and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to purchase them in their full volume, and according to the need and with regard to the number of patients in the healthcare establishment.
