Description:
The subject of the public procurement is periodic delivery on the request of medicines for the needs of MBAL - Blagoevgrad AD. The subject of the order includes periodically repeated supplies of drugs in 97 lots by types and quantities detailed in the technical specification - Annex No. 1.
Deliveries are made by the contractor on the basis of a written request of the contracting authority within 24 hours, and in emergency - up to 4 hours of receipt ѝ. The types of medicinal products supplied to have a marking (batch number, date of production, manufacturer, shelf life and others). The packaging of the medicinal products must meet the requirements of ZLPHM. The request of the contracting authority is made in writing, by fax or e -mail. The products are transported and supplied in a suitable packaging to ensure the preservation of integrity, properties and quality. Acceptance and Delivery Reporting: The date of delivery is considered the date on which the goods were received at the place of execution, according to the acceptance and delivery protocol. Delivery of the goods shall be certified by an accepting protocol signed by an authorized representative of the Parties and an original Invoice.
The contracting authority reserves the right, in accordance with its needs and/or, in the event of an abolished need, to refuse/not to declare certain types of products.
