Description:
The subject of the contract is the periodic delivery of medicinal products for "MBAL - Dr. Asen Velev" EOOD upon preliminary request, in accordance with the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure.
The deadline for execution of the order is 24 (twenty -four) months from the conclusion of a contract at Periodically delivering depending on the needs of the contracting authority.
Delivery time is at the suggestion of the participant in hours no longer from 24 hours from receiving a written request from the contracting authority.

The proposed medicinal products should meet the minimum requirements set out in the specification prepared by the contracting authority.
Participants should They declare that they have a valid authorization for the use of the medicinal product issued in accordance with the LPPHM or in accordance with the Regulation/EC/No. 726/2004, with an approved short characteristic of the proposed product. In the event that participants are in a procedure for renewing permit to use Or when the permit for use expires during the contract, the participants should declare in accordance with Article 55, paragraph 6 of the LPPHM that the quantities of the medicinal product are available.
