• Description:
• The object of the present public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Code. The subject of the public procurement is: "Supply of medicinal products for the needs of "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD PART II" for a period of 24 months according to preliminary written requests for the needs of the treatment process at "MBAL-Samokov" EOOD, in the sense of the Law on Medicinal Products in Human Medicine and in accordance with the conditions of the Law on Public Procurement and the participation documentation. The order contains 40 (forty) distinct items with specified Anatomical Therapeutic Code (ATC) and International Nonproprietary Name (INN). Each participant has the right to submit one proposal for the execution of the order for all, for one or more specific positions. Offers can be submitted: for the entire procedure, for one or more specific items. Participation for a specific item is complex, and participants should cover all sub-items contained in this specific item. participants, which do not cover all the subheadings in a specific heading are excluded from participation for that specific heading.
