Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes supplies of medicinal products in 13 (thirteen) lots.
Medicinal products are described in detail, for each lot - an internationally non -patent name of the medicinal product, the amount of active medicinal substance, the drug form, measure, estimated quantity and estimated value in the technical specification (Annex No. 1), which is an integral part of this documentation. The quantities of medicinal products specified in the technical specification in individual lots are forecast, and the contracting authority is not obliged To declare the whole estimated quantity and declares the quantities when necessary. The contracting authority reserves the right not to declare a medicinal product or the entire amount of a given medicinal product, but makes requests by types and quantities according to its needs as it is possible to arise a need for delivery of one type over the specified units in the technical specification at the expense of another type, without changing the maximum permissible, total value of the contract. The actual implementation of the public procurement is determined on the basis of patient admission and the prognosis of SBALHZ EAD for the medicines required by the medical establishment for a period of 24 months. The specific deliveries are determined by the needs of the hospital with requests to the contractor.
