1. Object and subject:
object of the dynamic purchases system (DSP) is "delivery" within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act.Products are indicated by rows and are detailed in dosage forms, the amount of medicinal substance, a unit of measure and a necessary estimated amount in the initial "technical specification" enclosed to the documentation.
The originally planned "technical specification" may bePartially changed during the dynamic system by adding new medicinal products and/or their quantities change.
The quantities specified in the "technical specification" attached to the documentation are forecast and do not give rise to the obligation for the contracting authority to assign them in the forecastvolume.
2. The dynamic purchases system:
