• Description:
• The subject of the order is the periodic supply of medicinal products for the Saint Ivan Rilski Medical Center EOOD upon prior request, according to the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for the execution of the order is 24 (twenty-four) months from the conclusion of the contract at periodic deliveries depending on the needs of the Employer. The delivery term is at the proposal of the participant in hours, not longer than 24 hours from the receipt of a written request from the Contracting Authority. The procedure covers 28 separate positions. Offers can be submitted:- for the whole procedure - for one or more specific positions The participant submits only one offer, according to the conditions specified in the participation documentation. The offered medicinal products should meet the minimum requirements laid down in the specification prepared by the Contracting Authority. Participants should declare that they have a valid authorization for the use of the medicinal product, issued in accordance with the provisions of the FDA or in accordance with Regulation /EC/ No. 726/2004, with an approved brief description of the offered product. In the event that participants are in the process of renewing the authorization for use or when the authorization for use expires during the contract, the participants should declare in accordance with Art. 55, Para. 6 of the ZLPHM, that the quantities of the medicinal product are available.
