• Description:
• The subject of the order is the periodic delivery, upon prior request, of medicinal products for the needs of "KOTS-Shumen" EOOD, distributed in 39 /twenty-nine/ separate items, with each medicine representing a separate item. The complete information, regarding technical requirements, estimated quantities, as well as estimated value for each individual item, is described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of this documentation. Participants can submit offers for one, several or all specific positions included in the subject of the public procurement. The contracting authority does not limit the number of individual positions that are assigned to one contractor. The assessment is carried out by individual positions. The total estimated value of the order excl included options is EUR 40,706,160 excluding VAT, representing the sum of the values ​​of all the individual items for a period of 24/twenty-four/ months. The total value of the order with included options is EUR 50,882,700 excluding VAT. In forecast value of the order with options included includes an option to extend the contract term by up to 6 /six/ months.
