- The subject of the contract is the periodic delivery of medicinal products for the University Hospital "St. Anna" - Sofia AD upon preliminary request, in accordance with the specification attached to the documentation for participation in the procedure. The deadline for execution of the order is from its award to 19.02.2027, at periodicDelivery depending on the needs of the contracting authority. The delivery time is at the proposal of the participant in hours not more than 24 hours from receiving a written request from the contracting authority. The procedure covers 85 lots. In the event that participants are in a procedure for renewing the permit for use or when the permit forUsage expires during the contract, participants should declare in accordance with Article 55, para 6 of the LPPHM that the quantities of the medicinal product are available.Π±ΡΠΎΡ
