Description:
The subject of the public procurement includes periodic deliveries of medicines and consumables, in accordance with the lots, in accordance with the technical specification and the model of the price proposals for the lots. The present order is divided into 15 (fifteen) separate positions as Participants may submit offers for one or more lots as follows:
Lot 1. Vitamins and other therapeutic products (phosphorus), which includes 2 nomenclature units;
Lot 2. Antithrombotic agents including 3 nomenclature units;
Separate Item 3. Antianemic preparations 1, which includes 3 nomenclature units;
Lot 4. Antinemic preparations 2, which includes 1 nomenclature unit;
Lot 5. Antinemic preparations 3, which includes 1 nomenclature unit;
Lot 6. Other antiparathyroid agents, which includes 1 nomenclature unit;
Lot 7. Hemodialysis solutions, which includes 2 nomenclature units;
Lot 8. Hemodialysis preparations and hemofiltration, which includes 4 nomenclature units;
Lot 9. Synthetic membranes that includes 3 nomenclature units;
Lot 10. Antibacterial filter for apparatus Fresenius 4008F, which includes 1 nomenclature unit;
