In connection with the fulfillment of the requirements of Art. 28a of the additional provisions of the Energy Act (EA), as well as Art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, AGCC opens a procedure for the award of a public procurement with the subject of delivery of medium voltage electricity and low voltage (SRN and GN) byFreely agreed prices for the needs of the Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre for the sites referred to in item 1 of the technical specification.According to the Energy Act and other normative acts that regulate the public relations related to the supply of electricity (including the regulations to the EA, the rules for trade in electricity (PTEE) and the rules for measuring the quantity of electricity of electricity(Pickee). As a Balancing Group Coordinator, the contractor should assume responsibility for balancing, include the contracting authority in the balancing energy market as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group without paying a fee for participation and to provideforecasting the consumption of the contracting authority, including the administration of the clock schedules for the consumption of the contracting authority.Cadastre "
