• Description:
• The total estimated value of the public procurement is EUR 124,512.00 excluding VAT, distributed by individual items as follows: Separate item No. 1 - "Delivery of metal cabinets upon request" - EUR 76,057.00 excluding VAT. Separate position No. 2 - "Elaboration, delivery and installation of furniture - in individual sizes upon request" - 48,455.00 euros without VAT. In the event that a participant bids a higher value than the estimate, the participant will be removed from participation in the procedure. They are in the estimated value including all costs of order fulfillment - delivery to the place of order fulfillment and the costs of transport, fabrication and installation. The necessary accessories of the cabinets are indicated in the Technical Specification to this one documentation. The contracting authority sets a requirement for the complexity of the offers under the Separate items. The specified quantities are estimated and do not give rise to obligations for UMBALSM "NI Pirogov" EAD to assign them in the estimated volume. The contracting authority reserves the right, according to his needs and/or if necessary, to refuse/not to declare certain types of products. The actual performance of the public procurement will be determined on the basis of the office equipment actually delivered/manufactured, within the financial resource. Financing: With own funds.
