Description:
Estimated value of the public procurement is up to 97,500.00 (ninety-seven thousand five hundred BGN and zero cents) BGN without VAT / 49,850.96 (forty-nine thousand eight hundred and fifty euros and ninety-six cents) euros without VAT. In the forecast value includes all costs of order fulfillment - delivery to place of order fulfillment and transport costs. The necessary accessories of the cabinets are specified in the Technical Specification to this documentation. Funding: With own funds. Term for the execution of the order: up to 90 (ninety) calendar days, counted from the date of signing the contract for the execution of the public order. Payments to the contractor: The contractor pays 100% (in words: one hundred percent) of the price within 60 (sixty) calendar days after signing the specified documents in the Contract, provided that the Contractor has provided an invoice. The date of confirmation of the Contractor's bank account with the corresponding amount due. Place of execution: The relevant structure specified by the Contracting Authority, located in the N.I.PIROGOV UMBALSM EAD: Sofia, 21 Totleben Blvd. Validity period of offers: 6 (six) months, counted from the deadline for receipt of the offers. When considering the offers, the appointed committee will apply the so-called "reversed order", on the basis of Art. 104, para. 2 of the Civil Code, in connection with Art. 61 of PPZOP.
