- The Board of Directors of "ELECTRICAL DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS WEST" EAD, as a sectoral contractor of public procurement within the meaning of Art. 5, para. 4, item 2 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activity under Art. 123, item 2, in connection with Art. 125, para. 1, item 1 of the Civil Code and § 2, item 60 of the Additionalthose provisions (DR) of the ZOP on the basis of special or exclusive rights in the sense of § 2, item 47 of the ZOP, opens and conducts an "open" type of procedure for awarding a public contract with the subject: "Delivery of miniature goods circuit breaker- disconnectors" ref. No. PPD 24-012. The subject of the order does notis divided into separate positions.
The contracting authority opens and conducts this "open" by type procedure on the basis of Art. 132, in connection with Art. 18, para. 1, item 1, art. 19, para. 2 and Art. 20, para. 1, item 3, b. "b" of the Public Procurement Act.
The object of the public procurement is "delivery of goods carried out by purchase" according to thesalt of art. 3, para. 1, item 2 of the Civil Procedure Code and has as its subject the conclusion of a contract with a contractor for the delivery and purchase of miniature goods switch-disconnectors, according to the conditions and requirements of the announcement and documentation for participation.
