The contracting authority assigns, and the Provider accepts and undertakes to make the delivery of 1 pc. Motor, centrifugal, self -priming pump of a wheeler, pipes and fittings for it, according to the technical characteristics specified in the tables "Technical proposal and terms" and the price tables to the contract.
place ofDelivery -the goods subject to the contract are delivered to the address: Sofia, Benkovski Quarter, SPS Kubratovo.legislation, within the delivery time, proposed in the course of the procedure in the tables "Technical proposal and terms".
