- The subject includes the supply of net active electrical energy at low voltage and the selection of a balancing group coordinator for DFZ sites located on the territory of Bulgaria. The delivery includes: delivery of low voltage electricity, preparation of documents and registration at the initial changeoverand the supplier; planning and forecasting on behalf of the assignee; preparation and submission of hourly freight schedules on behalf of the contractor, with the risks related to forecasting and imbalances remaining at the expense of the contractor, and participation in the company balancing group. In the capacity of "coordinator ofandart balancing group", the contractor should take responsibility for balancing the objects of the assignment, include the latter as a participant (indirect member) in a standard balancing group with the contractor coordinator, without the assignor paying a participation fee, as well as provide pot predictionits management, including administration of the client's hourly consumption schedules.
